Free help we provide
For people with disabilities
- Qualified sign-language interpreters.
- Written information in other formats, such as large print, audio or accessible electronic documents.
- Reasonable changes to our policies and practices, such as help with transfers into the chamber.
For people whose primary language is not English
- Qualified interpreters, in person or by phone. Our team also provides care in Spanish.
- Information written in other languages.

How to file a grievance
If you believe we have failed to provide these services or discriminated against you in another way, you can file a grievance with our Civil Rights Coordinator in person, by mail, by phone or by email. If you need help filing, the coordinator can help you.
